Come to participate.
This is an experience, not a conference. Every space invites people to do something, discover something or connect with someone, with resources shared as part of a conversation rather than a floor filled with flyer handouts.
Like a touring live production, the core set, experience design and operating approach move from city to city. Local doulas, providers and community voices make each stop relevant to the people who live there.
The production travels. The village grows.
A village that comes to life
Families, doulas, students, providers, creators and community partners move through a connected maternal wellness experience. They can join a conversation, try a product, take part in a demonstration, meet a provider or explore support for their next step.
Connection continues
Guests can use the shared resources, links and codes to reconnect with participating providers and community partners long after the experience ends.
Every space has a purpose.
Each space is designed around an activity or a conversation, with the program tailored to participating partners and the local community.

Guests check in, receive guidance and begin exploring the lounges, pavilions and market.
10 a.m. to 7 p.m. · Live experiences
Stage conversations, Doula Talks, demonstrations, creator sessions and smaller breakout activities run alongside the open spaces, with time for personal questions, provider introductions and conversations with local doulas.
7 p.m. · Guest program closes
Guests take the connection home with shared links and codes. The Tour team packs down and prepares the next stop.
59 stops across the country.
The route groups nearby markets into regional runs, so the production moves efficiently and builds local connection in each region.

Doulas: volunteer with the tour
The Doula Mixer Tour travels city by city, connecting doulas, families and maternal-health providers so no mother walks her journey alone. We need doula volunteers at every stop. Complete your My Bump Hub onboarding and volunteer with the Tour to be part of it.

Choose how you show up.
Partners can select the stops that matter to them: a single city, a state cluster or a wider regional run. In-person attendance at every stop is not required.
In person
Join the Tour at selected cities or larger priority markets. Your agreed space is ready on arrival, and you work one on one with the local doula team to welcome guests.
Live on screen
Present remotely from the screen in your space. Plan a demonstration, conversation or Q&A, with a floor host helping people engage and ask questions.
Prepared content
Use an approved reel, presentation or demonstration loop when your team cannot attend live. A briefed floor team helps guests learn about your work.
Doulas are the human connection.
A small local doula team supports the experience on the floor. Before each stop, they are briefed on your work, approved talking points, demonstrations, links and the questions that should be referred to your team.
Arrive. Step in. Connect.
The Tour team handles set installation, furniture, signage and screen setup before partner arrival, and manages pack-down afterwards. Partners do not need to build or dismantle their space. Each partner receives a stop-specific operating pack.
Help make the tour possible.
A year-long national maternal wellness movement, reaching families in every region of the country. Foundation-led and community-first, and open to partners who share our mission.
Each stop also targets 100 doula students, 50 nonprofits and organizations, 75 partners and exhibitors, and 75 speakers, media and team.
