How it fits together
One free scan. A whole circle of support.
My Bump My Baby My World Foundation is a 501(c)(3) public charity (EIN 93-1811551) working to improve maternal and family wellness by removing barriers to healthcare access, education, essential resources, birth support and opportunity. Every program grows from the same idea: ultrasound opens the door.
A free reassurance sonogram brings a mother through our door. From there we connect her with one of our doulas, education, referrals to trusted care, baby essentials and wellness classes, so support continues long after the scan.
We focus on the families too often missed: low income minority and military families, veteran families and underserved mothers. Our programs serve New York and Los Angeles today.
From one or two programs to six
In 2025 we ran one or two programs. Today there are six: three serving families now and three we are fundraising to launch in 2027. All of it is delivered by an all-volunteer team led by our founder, Charlotte Williams, a midwife for more than twenty years.
- Worry-Free Wednesdays & Fear-Free Fridays: free reassurance sonograms on Wednesdays and Fridays in New York City, plus Los Angeles at a partner location
- Bump Essentials: diapers, wipes, feeding supplies, postpartum products and baby clothing
- Bump Movement: free prenatal, postpartum and parent-and-baby movement classes
- Sponsor a Birth: full-spectrum doula care for families through pregnancy, birth and postpartum
- Maternal Wellness Apprenticeship Initiative: career pathways for high school students, planned with New York City schools
- The Bump Bus Initiative: mobile ultrasound, labs and birth support for maternity care deserts
How your gift is used
Gifts to the three running programs help us reach more families today: more free scans, more essentials on the shelves and more classes. Gifts to the 2027 programs bring their launch closer. Every donation is made securely through Deed and is tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law.
